Microwave Fudge

from the kitchen of Judy Lemmons


16 oz pkg confectioners sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c milk
1/2 c margarine (1 stick)
1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp vanilla


Combine sugar, cocoa, salt; then add milk all into a glass bowl. It will be stiff & crumbly. Cut margarine into 5 or 6 pieces and place in center of ingredients. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 mins or until margarine melts. Take from microwave, add nuts & vanilla; beat until creamy. Pour into dish. Let cool.




(Josh has my memory stick usb transfer-thingy on his business trip and so in the meantime I thought that I would share this delicious and quick recipe.)

Finally an EASY fudge recipe. Most are just too complicated to bother with. I love your cooking style!
