Polka-dot Skirt

I wanted to do something with this pretty material. The chocolate brown and pink combo was too much to resist. ...so, I made a skirt for Kate, which also match some babylegs that I've made for Katelin (The pics that I'll post later). I did add a tiny pink grosgrain ribbon to the bottom.
