I finally finished this quilt for Josh. Yay! All of the blocks are cut from Josh's utilities from the Marines. After awhile they didn't fit him so well and instead of just getting rid of them, I cut blocks from them and made this. The back is made from a green flannel sheet.

You know, this would be such a cool idea for chlidren who have parents serving in the military or families who have lost a soldier. You could start your own organization!
What a cool idea good for you for finishing it. I had that idea once, but yeah.....I never got around to it.
Jenny, this quilt makes me want to cry. What a wonderful way to heirloom Josh's time in the Marines. It's just so, so, so neat!
