Jacob's quilt

See this adorable little guy?

I made him this quilt:

I used fabric from my scrap pile for the front. I really enjoyed pulling out fabrics for a boy quilt since lately I've made nothing but girl quilts. 

I didn't follow a pattern. I just made 6 wonky log cabin blocks and then realized that I needed a little somethin' somethin' in the middle of them all to make it fit just right on the backing I had picked out. {organic cotton from purl soho from when I was in NYC}.

See how cute that backing is? It was definitely perfect for such a precious baby.
